Account Deletion – Shadow MMA

What data is deleted

• Account profile data (e.g., name, username, email).
• Training activity, workout history, and performance metrics stored by Shadow MMA.
• In-app preferences and settings.

What data may be retained

• Minimal records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (e.g., logs of deletion requests) may be retained for a limited period and then permanently removed.
• If you purchased a subscription through an app store, the store may maintain transaction records in line with their own policies. Deleting your Shadow MMA account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions—please manage subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store.

Timing and retention

Once you confirm deletion in the app, your Shadow MMA account is scheduled for deletion immediately and will be permanently removed from active systems within 30 days. Backups may retain encrypted copies for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are overwritten. Any legally required records are kept only for the minimum period necessary and then deleted.
